Your appointment is very important to bydevine, times are reserved especially for you and as business is vastly growing, so is my clientele and wait list. I understand that sometimes things come up and the need to reschedule is required, however please be mindful of my business policies.


All appointments over $40.00 require a 50% deposit upon booking. Until your deposit is received, your time will be tentatively booked in and free to give to someone else on our waitlist. Once your deposit has cleared, your allocated time will be locked in. Your deposit will then go to your treatment price, with the remainder to be paid in cash at the time of your appointment.


All cancellations require 24hours notice. If you cancel your appointment within 24hours of your allocated time, your deposit will be non-refundable.

If you reschedule your appointment, your deposit will automatically go to your new appointment time. However, if you reschedule your initial appointment more than once, your deposit will be non-refundable and the full treatment cost will apply.


Please keep in mind that allocated time slots are provided for a reason. This is a one chick show and if you are late to your appointment, it will cut into your appointment time.

I ensure to message each client 1 day prior to their appointment. If you fail to show up more than once, you will be blacklisted.
